How do you work?
We work with a small, carefully chosen range rather than an endless catalogue: a product has to be well made and stay affordable. Much of what we sell is already in European warehouses, and for now we deliver within the EU.
How long does delivery take?
What we hold in our European warehouses reaches you quickly. As soon as your parcel leaves, you get a tracking number so you always know where it is. The expected delivery time is shown on every product page. Shipping is free and you never pay anything at the door.
How do you choose the products?
We keep the range deliberately small and choose on quality, value for money and usefulness.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days to change your mind. Tell us at retour@xtrona.com, send the item back complete, and you are refunded within 14 days. Return postage is yours.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, the statutory guarantee: two years in Belgium, three years in Spain and Portugal. If something is faulty we arrange repair, replacement or a refund.
