These terms apply to every order placed on xtrona.com. They take nothing away from your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are your seller and your point of contact for everything to do with your order.
2. Application
By placing an order you accept these terms. Any departure from them is agreed in writing.
We may amend these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT and delivery. Which price applies depends on the delivery country, which you choose yourself at checkout.
We do our best to get everything right. If a price or description nonetheless contains an obvious error, we are not obliged to deliver on that basis. We contact you and refund you immediately if you would rather not continue.
An offer stands while it is on the website and while stocks last.
4. Your order
The contract is formed as soon as we confirm your order by e-mail.
We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is no longer available, if the address given falls outside our delivery area, or if there is well-founded doubt about the payment. You are of course refunded in full.
5. Payment
You pay when you order, using one of the methods shown at checkout. Payment runs through a secure payment provider; we never see your card or account details.
We only ship once payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
Our delivery times and delivery area are on the Shipping and delivery page.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or someone you name, physically takes possession of the parcel.
7. Withdrawal and warranty

8. Liability
We are liable as the law provides. What we do not compensate is damage caused by using an item incorrectly or by not following the instructions.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, intent or gross negligence.
9. Complaints and disputes
Got a complaint? E-mail info@xtrona.com first. We reply within one working day and look for a solution with you.
If we cannot agree, you can go free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). If you live in another EU country, you will find the competent body via consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
Belgian law applies to this contract. The courts of the East Flanders district have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings where you live.
10. Your account and your favourites
You can order without an account. If you create one, you make sure the details you enter are correct and you keep your password to yourself. If you notice someone else can reach your account, tell us.
A favourite is not a reservation. Saving something does not hold stock for you and does not freeze the price: both can change right up to the moment you order. The same goes for what sits in your basket.
If an account is used to harm us or anyone else, we may close it. Orders already under way are still completed.
11. Our brand, our words and our images
The name Xtrona, our logo, our house style, the texts on this website and the design of these pages belong to Xtrona. They are protected by copyright and by trade name rights.
You may browse this website, link to it, and keep or print parts of it for your own use. What you may not do: copy or adapt our name, our logo or our texts for your own website, shop, advertising or print, without our prior written permission.
The product photographs and the brand names of the articles are not ours. They belong to the manufacturers and their rights holders, and appear here only to show you which article you are buying.
We expressly reserve the right of text and data mining within the meaning of Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. Our texts and images may therefore not be harvested or used to train language models or other automated systems, unless we agree to it in writing.
