A large part of what we sell is in European warehouses and reaches you quickly. You never pay anything extra at the door.
Shipping cost
Delivery is free. The price on the product page is the price you pay, VAT and delivery included.
Delivery time
Items from European stock arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Some items ship from our international warehouse; those take 8 to 14 working days, and the import VAT is already paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. The delivery time for your item is shown on its product page. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday go out the next working day.
That is an expectation, not a promise to the day. If it ever took longer than 30 days you may cancel the order and get everything back.
Where we deliver
We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain and Portugal. Which items are available in your country is shown on the product page itself.
We do not deliver outside those six countries yet, so at checkout you can only give an address in one of them.
Track your parcel
As soon as your order leaves, we e-mail you a tracking number. Nothing there? Check your spam folder too.
Wrong address
Check your address carefully before you order. If something is off, tell us straight away at info@xtrona.com — as long as the parcel has not left, we correct it free of charge.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of a wrong address and comes back, we contact you to arrange a new shipment.
