Description
A silicone baking mat with a surface covered in small pyramids. This lifts the food slightly so hot air can pass underneath. The bottom cooks without burning, fat drains away and the food turns out crispier.
Use the mat in the oven, on the barbecue and in the microwave. It handles temperatures from -40 to 230 °C and is dishwasher safe. Nothing sticks to it. The mat also works as a trivet or drying rack.
