Titanium wok with a flat base

A wok in pure titanium with a flat base, 26 cm across. The metal is worked with a hammer, which gives the surface a fine relief and keeps food from sticking as quickly.

There is no coating on the titanium, so you cook on the metal itself and do not have to go easy with a steel spatula. The flat base sits steady on an ordinary hob. This version comes without a lid. The wok weighs 1488 grams.
